Real estate in Tahoe Donner includes new and seasoned large mountain estates, to rustic single family homes on awesome view lots; golf course lots with some backing to green belts and/or creeks; plus duplexes and condominiums. Tahoe Donner does have an active HOA and its own forestry department. Snow loads in Tahoe Donner will vary with the elevation of the lot. At the upper elevations the snow loads can be substantial but that provides for a lot of fun too.
